IT Cosmetics Natually Pretty Celebration

Found this on Ulta.com and I couldn't resist this. This is the 2nd Naturally Pretty Palette that I own and in a nutshell it is as great as the first one

The colors are very similar to the first one so if you are not a Makeup hoarder I doubt that you will need both.

I find that the main difference is that the first one is very warm toned while this is more neutral toned.  For me they are different enough to keep both.

I thought at first  colors were not as pigmented as the first one however I was wrong. This is just as good as the first one and are just as pigmented once you apply. The colors are smooth and blend well together but does not blend into nothing and leave a muddy mess. The colors are all matte except for the transformer shade however the mattes seems more like satins to me.


I do prefer the transformer shade on the first one to this but that is only because the color doesn't look at good on with my skin tone.
